The Canna Get a Second Chance: Cannabis Career Fair's mission is to increase diversity and inclusion of BIPOC communities in the Cannabis space, as well as provide second chances to those with past convictions while bringing massive awareness to the fact that there are still 10's of 1,000s of people still incarcerated over the plant.

40 Tons came together with BrandResumes to provide a massive resource fair to help get folks hired and get records expunged, ultimately forming 40 Tons Careers. February 17th in Los Angeles is our next fair. Our fairs have a direct impact in our communities, and we are helping to change the narrative. At our fairs we provide:

• The opportunity for job seekers to personally connect with dozens of companies

• Free headshots for professional profiles

• Free resume updates

• Free LinkedIn optimizations

• Free professional attire to those that can't afford it

• Free haircuts

• Cannabis scholarships to Oaksterdam

• Cannabis break out sessions (various topics)

• An expungement clinic inside our fair to help those with past cannabis convictions
